Astadia Names New CRO and CTO to Executive Leadership Team

We are pleased to announce the addition of Chad Jones as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Paul Holland as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to the company’s executive leadership team.

Chad will lead the sales and business development efforts focusing on accelerating the revenue growth through strategic initiatives, partnership development, and customer-centric solutions.

Chad is a tech and business leader with a proven track record of developing and managing high performing and successful teams. He has extensive background in managing rapid growth and building business units from the ground up and a passion for creating strong employment culture to attract and retain top talent.

Prior to joining Astadia, Chad was the mainframe GTM leader for global financial services at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Before that, he led the mainframe modernization sales at Ensono and was the VP of Sales for Application Modernization NA at Advanced / Modern Systems.

Paul Holland is taking over the CTO role from Walter Sweat, who will continue to support the team and Astadia’s projects in a Client Principal role.

Prior to joining Astadia, Paul was a Partner in IBM’s Financial Services Hybrid Cloud Transformation Practice, specializing in Mainframe Modernization with over 35 years’ experience in Application Modernization.

During his career he has been instrumental in delivering application migration solutions, building middleware products that have broken new ground in the areas of open connectivity to legacy data, and using Service APIs as a means of modernizing legacy systems.
